Links to Learning

We have recently worked with high schools in South Western Sydney delivering alcohol workshops as part of their Links to Learning Program. Links to Learning targets students who at risk of dropping out of school.

'Don't be (a) Random, Plan Safe-Drink Safe-Stay Safe'

Youth Solutions, has and will continue to work with the Campbelltown Catholic Club, to keep our young adults safe.

Earlier this year we asked 200 patrons of the Club, between 18 – 25 years of age their opinion on a range of alcohol related issues. The responses to these surveys will help us when we work with our young adults in the future.

A concerning result from the ‘Don’t Be (a) Random Survey’ highlighted that while 85 per cent of young people claim they were knowledgeable about alcohol issues… a staggering 63 per cent classified binge drinking as more than nine standard drinks in a sitting.
